Georgia O'Keeffe has long been one of my favorite artists.
Although she is mostly known for her luscious and sensuous flower images,
my favorite images are her abstract 'music' images and those of skulls.
For our exhibit titled "Homage", I tried to emulate O'Keeffe's skull paintings
using similar elements from photographs of mine taken on a trip
to her home in Abiquiu, New Mexico |
